| HMCS Winnipeg sits in the drydock at Victoria Shipyards where it will undergo Frigate Life Extension Program (FELEX). Prior to transport across Esquimalt Harbour, an inclining experient was done on the ship to ensure the ship was balanced. This experiment involved 65 workers from the base. |
